Position/Designation: Solution Architect

Shahnawaz Private Limited is a Pakistan based company with a Head office in Karachi providing services to corporate customers for six decades.The company has a strong national sales and after-sales network and partnerships with leading brands in the information technology industry such as Dell Technologies(Titanium Partner), VMWare, H3C, Sangfor, Microsoft, and Veeam.The company specializes in Data Center Solution, infrastructure solution, Backup and Recovery solutions, and End-user Client solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly targets for enterprise business Revenue
  • Increase profitable revenue for enterprise products and solutions.
  • Ensure the average deal margin is maintained.
  • Increase market penetration while retaining the existing customers base and achieving an annual growth of 10% in the customer base.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow the enterprise business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with the principals and the customer's C-Level
  • Negotiate agreements with principles for business growth.
  • Meet with customers both independently and alongside the sales team to generate business leads.
  • Perform pre-sales activities, design appropriate cost-effective services/solutions and presentations to customers
  • Where required, act as a Project Manager on a deal to ensure the final solution meets customer expectations as per proposal submitted and deployed within budget
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure personnel and team availability to deliver timely service to customers.
  • Identify key Infrastructure and Data Center issues that impact the business and make recommendations to customers.
  • Engage in test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for POCs & Production.
  • Monitor R&D / customer support for technical solutions proposed or deployed by the company, and alert the sales teams to potential risks of deal closure. Engage in implementation and migration plans,
  • Assist onboard and train the pre-sales and deployment resources.
  • Build and improve the technical knowledge on new products and technology to the sales and technical team.
  • Keep the relevant certifications up to date, and complete training within given time.
  • Weekly meeting with the Country Manager on the business progress, growth, orders etc.
  • Adherence to the company's quality, security, and business policies and procedures.
  • Upkeeping of the company’s assets assigned
  • Operating within the company’s defined risk parameters.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed given targets.
  • Strong Technical Background with minimum five (5) years of technical product management.
  • Experience in Enterprise Solution Design, Compute and Storage, Virtualization, Back and Recovery.

Certifications: Enterprise Products preference Dell, VMWare and Veeam

Salary and commission as per the company's policy, along with other benefits.
