Solution Architect - Talent Management

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Solution Architect - Talent Management to join our IT HR Talent Management and Employee Services Team.

The role:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and integrated HR technology solutions that align with our global Enterprise Architecture.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and security across all HR systems and integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration strategies between HR systems and enterprise platforms
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations to enhance the HR technology landscape.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders and IT Product Managers, providing technical guidance
• Maintain architectural documentation and ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture and Security standards

What will make you successful

• Proven experience in Application Development Lifecyle (5+ years)
• 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a solution architecture role focused on HR systems
• Experience with system integration, APIs, middleware, and data architecture.
• Knowledge of HR processes and platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure platform)
• Experience with different AI models
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
