Solution Consultant

Role Overview

As a Techno Functional Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in leading client implementation projects — from solution design through to successful onboarding. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their unique requirements and translate them into scalable, high-impact solutions

Solutions Consultants (‘SC’) are responsible for leading implementation projects to onboard new clients onto the Addepar platform. Working with clients including Family Offices, and Private Banks, they are passionate about identifying how Addepar can unlock significant value for their businesses. They work closely with clients to design and build solutions to meet their needs at any scale. "SCs" have a deep understanding of both finance and technology, are passionate about solving problems, work collaboratively with internal teams, and take ownership of our client's success.

SCs have a history of providing a superior client experience directly in investment management or in enterprise software deployments of a related domain. They are encouraged to display a strong sense of self-reliance as well as the ability to collaborate with Addepar teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product teams. They must deeply understand the target markets and the clients Addepar serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new clients, ensuring solutions align with their operational and strategic goals.
  

• Lead and complete implementation projects, helping design and onboard new clients on to their instance of the Addepar platform
  
• Demonstrate technical and industry expertise to help clients leverage the tool to their specific use-cases
  
• Effectively set, lead, and communicate expectations both internally and externally
  
• Prioritize and context-switch effectively to complete simultaneous projects, seeing each through to the finish line
  
• Think critically about how to improve current processes and tools both internally and externally as the client base expands, harnessing the potential of Agentic AI
  
• Configure, test, and validate system components to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations to deliver seamless client experiences.
  
• Establish best practices for process optimization, data integration, and technical workflows to drive measurable business value.
  
• Provide ongoing support and guidance through post-implementation phases to ensure adoption and client success.
  
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Professional experience in Financial Services or Consulting in related fields. Prior client-facing experience is a must
  
• Previous experience with project management is a must.
  
• Candidates must have outstanding communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
  
• The ideal candidate must be independent, adaptable, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
• Passion for technology and finance
  
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant in a technology-led environment
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business objectives.
  
• Experience working with enterprise software, data-driven systems, or financial technology solutions
  
• Familiarity with wealth management domain
