Solution Designer

We are looking for an experienced Architect (ATC) with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the OSS Telecom domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solution design and should be able to write detailed LLDs. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role as the candidate will be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The candidate should also have experience using Confluence and JIRA for project management. The primary responsibility of the Architect will be to provide strong operational performance in incident management, configuration, process automation, and health and performance monitoring. A good understanding of network and firewall configuration is required for this role. The candidate should also have experience in resilience for cloud-deployed infrastructure. This is a hybrid work mode position, and the candidate should be able to work both remotely and in the office.
