Are you an automotive digital transformation expert with strong experience in DMS, CRM, or ERP implementation across dealership networks? A leading global automotive software company is expanding across the Middle East and is seeking a freelance Solution Manager (m/f/d) to support projects with OEMs, dealer groups, and importers throughout the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops to understand business needs and define solution requirements
• Translate customer processes into detailed solution designs and functional specifications
• Oversee the implementation of digital solutions together with consultants, developers, and project teams
• Ensure solution feasibility, cost alignment, quality, and timely delivery
• Act as the primary solution advisor for automotive clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Support presales activities, including demos, proposals, and solution scoping
• Provide feedback to the product team to influence roadmap and improvements

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally working with OEMs, dealer groups, or importers
• Hands on implementation or integration experience with automotive DMS / CRM / ERP systems (Kerridge, CDK, incadea, SAP, Automaster, or similar)
• Strong understanding of dealership sales, aftersales, and retail processes
• Excellent workshop facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Based in the UAE or willing to work with clients across the Middle East
• Flexibility for travel across the GCC region & Europe
