We are looking for a
Solutions Manager / Presales Engineer
to join our international Sales organization, based full-time on site in
Abu Dhabi (UAE)
.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Eurocontrolli’s growth in international markets by developing technically compliant and commercially competitive solutions for international tenders related to integrated Industrial Telecom and Security systems.
Working in close coordination with Account / Business Development Managers and senior management, you will contribute throughout the entire bid lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality techno-commercial proposals aligned with both client requirements and Eurocontrolli’s execution capabilities.
Role & Responsibilities

Review and analyze technical requirements contained in client tender documentation

Identify critical technical constraints, risks, and compliance requirements

Develop preliminary, high-level cost estimates for proposed solutions

Identify suitable suppliers and technology partners for all required systems and equipment
-
Propose technical and design optimizations to enhance competitiveness and value

Prepare RFQ packages and manage the supplier inquiry process

Perform technical and commercial evaluation of vendor quotations
-
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain clarifications or revised techno-commercial offers when required
-
Prepare detailed technical and commercial comparison tables

Present evaluated solutions and cost scenarios to Business Development and Management

Develop the Technical Offer package, including specifications, block diagrams, datasheets, and deviation lists

Establish the project cost baseline in line with the selected technical solution and execution strategy

Finalize and submit complete technical and commercial bid packages within tender deadlines

Travel, from time to time, to meet vendors and attend bid clarification meetings with clients
Qualifications & Experience
-
Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in Presales, Solutions, or Proposal roles within Telecom and Security System Integrators, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector

Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written)

Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform effectively under pressure

Strong commercial awareness and cost-optimization mindset

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach

Willingness to travel internationally on short notice for client, vendor, and industry engagements

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
