Our client is a global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) and is embarking on a multi-entity business transformation program covering 5 companies. The program aims to design and implement a unified Target Operating Model (TOM) supported by a Microsoft-first platform: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Field Services, and Project Operations, complemented by Azure Integration Services. The Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in bridging business process design with technical architecture and solution design, working alongside SMEs, the Design Authority, and the delivery team. The Solutions Architect ensures that the TOM design for our client is translated into a robust, scalable,
Microsoft-first solution. The architect owns the end-to-end solution design for the U.S. entities, including data flows, APIs, integrations, cross-module alignment, and validation of functional designs.
