SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Solutions Architect (SA) position is a solutions subject matter expert (SME) responsible for designing Workforce Consulting programs that meet the business objects defined by our customers and mentoring junior SA team members. The ideal candidate has the ability to manage multiple complex projects and is comfortable leading conversations with mid to senior-level stakeholders.
