Job Summary:
We are seeking a commercially minded Solutions Architect who can translate customer supply chain challenges into compelling, value-driven solutions that drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and technology. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and prospective clients to design tailored logistics solutions, build business cases, and articulate measurable ROI. This role requires combining strong supply chain expertise with the ability to influence stakeholders, structure deals, and support complex enterprise sales cycles. The successful candidate will increase our win rates on intricate deals, develop strong alignment between sold solutions and operational execution, improve deal profitability and customer retention, ultimately becoming a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
We are open to candidates across the US, preferably near one of our US offices (eg: Dallas, Chicago, Miami, Western PA, Chino, CA).
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Sales to understand client supply chain challenges, strategic objectives, and operational pain points.

Design tailored logistics and supply chain solutions that align with customer KPIs (cost reduction, service levels, speed, visibility).

Develop clear value propositions and ROI models to support commercial proposals.

Lead solution workshops, discovery sessions, and operational assessments with clients.

Revenue & Deal Enablement

Support complex RFP/RFI responses with structured solution frameworks.

Collaborate with pricing and finance teams to develop commercially viable solutions.

Present solution strategies to executive stakeholders (COOs, Heads of Supply Chain, CFOs).

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Ensure proposed solutions are scalable and profitable.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Serve as the bridge between Sales, Operations, Product, and Implementation teams.

Translate commercial commitments into executable operational plans.

Support transition from pre-sales to implementation with clarity and alignment.

Provide market feedback to Product and Strategy teams.

Market & Industry Expertise

Stay current on logistics trends, supply chain disruptions, automation, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives.

Advise clients on best practices in transportation management, warehouse optimization, and network design.

Contribute thought leadership to support positioning and brand credibility.
Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain solutions, or 3PL environments.

Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market B2B sales cycles.

Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and network optimization.

Demonstrated ability to build business cases and articulate financial value.

Experience participating in RFP/RFI processes.

Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, or supply chain strategy.

Background in supply chain consulting or operations leadership.

Exposure to technology-enabled logistics platforms (TMS, WMS, visibility tools).

MBA or advanced business degree.
