Solutions Architect (Banking Transformation)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong experience in technology consulting and core banking transformation. You will design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective digital solutions for financial services clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and validation of solution architectures (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).

• Define target architectures for core banking, payments, channels, and integration platforms.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Support delivery teams to ensure architectural integrity during implementation.

• Prepare RFP/RFI responses and deliver technical presentations for diverse audiences.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in technology consulting, with 3+ years in solution architecture.

• Proven core banking transformation experience (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of Java Spring Boot; ability to analyze C# or Java code.

• Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud-native, microservices, and integration patterns.

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders.

• Banking, fintech, or financial services experience preferred.
