About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Solution Delivery Coordinator to serve as the vital bridge between our client-facing Account Coordinators and our talented internal teams. In this role, you'll master the art of translation: turning vague client requests into clear requirements, well-scoped deliverables, and actionable tasks that our internal experts can execute flawlessly.Unlike a traditional coordinator role, this position is a hybrid of project management, hands-on execution, and quality assurance. You’ll own project status visibility, ensure communication clarity, and drive efficient workflows across multiple client accounts-while also completing a small portion of deliverables yourself and QA’ing all work before it reaches the client.This role is for you if you're a systems thinker who transforms chaos into clarity. You find satisfaction in well-documented processes, organized plans, and high-quality deliverables. You love creating efficient workflows, anticipate what could go wrong, and get ahead of issues before they arise.

Key Responsibilities

Project Intake, Scoping & Task Management

  • Take vague task requests from Account Coordinators (ACs) and/or clients and ensure we have enough information about client goals, requirements, and constraints to build a plan that meets expectations
  • Convert ambiguous requests into clear lists of deliverables and action items, then break them down into ordered subtasks based on dependencies
  • Assign subtasks to the correct internal experts (Pardot/Salesforce admins, designers, developers, content writers, etc.) with clear instructions and complete context
  • Own complete visibility of all managed tasks-tracking what's done, what remains, potential blockers, and risks that require AC or client awareness
  • Define realistic timelines for client deliverables by consulting internal team members on time estimates and dependencies
  • Ensure task descriptions contain all necessary information before assignment, proactively gathering missing details from ACs or other stakeholdersDocument all task updates, decisions, and discoveries from chats or calls directly in Asana for complete project transparency

Communication & Translation

  • Serve as the bilingual translator between ACs and internal teams, fluently speaking both "client" and "technical expert"
  • Anticipate potential misunderstandings and proactively add clarifying information to prevent communication breakdowns
  • Maintain strong written communication that’s clear, succinct, and context-aware
  • Ensure internal teams have the information they need to execute confidently and efficiently

Hybrid Execution (Hands-On Delivery)

  • Complete a portion of project subtasks directly, based on skill level and role level, while coordinating the rest through internal experts
  • At entry level, independently execute basic tasks across multiple disciplines (typically ~10% of the work you coordinate), including:
  • Basic Pardot administration tasks
  • Basic Salesforce administration tasks
  • Design template updates
  • AI-assisted “vibe coding” tasks for simple updates or fixes
  • Basic copywriting and content edits
  • As you grow from entry level to more senior levels, expand your technical and creative capability across these disciplines and complete a larger percentage of the work you coordinate (reducing escalation for routine tasks)
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to learn best practices, improve technical judgment, and increase delivery autonomy over time

Quality Assurance & Delivery Accountability

  • QA all work you coordinate before it is delivered to the AC and/or client, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and SLX quality standards
  • If you complete a task yourself, coordinate peer QA prior to delivery
  • If an internal expert completes the task, you are responsible for QA’ing the deliverable before passing it forward
  • Maintain accountability for the accuracy and completeness of work delivered to clients, including:
  • Meeting stated requirements and intended functionality
  • Ensuring assets are on-brand and aligned with client expectations
  • Checking responsiveness and functionality for digital assets
  • Verifying spelling, grammar, and overall polish
  • Testing and validating automations to confirm they work as intended

Relationship & Process Management

  • Build trusted partnerships with ACs based on mutual respect, reliability, and shared ownership of client outcomes
  • Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence when collaborating across departments and disciplines
  • Create and refine efficient personal workflows to maximize productivity
  • Master adaptive context-switching between different clients, priorities, and task types
  • Anticipate issues before they become problems and proactively surface risks early

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of project management, coordination, or delivery experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Exceptional written communication skills with proven attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana experience a plus)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and web development concepts
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and love for organizing complex information
  • Comfort learning new tools and workflows across multiple disciplines

Nice-to-Haves

  • PMP or CAPM certification or progress toward certification
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud platforms
  • Background in marketing agencies or creative services
  • Familiarity with design and development workflows
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows
  • Experience QA’ing digital deliverables (emails, landing pages, CRM automations etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Role Type: Full-time, Remote (with optional hybrid model in the future)

Location: Remote (Texas-based candidates preferred)
