Solutions Design Engineer

Role Overview: The Solution Design Manager will lead the technical architecture and presales strategy for large-scale infrastructure projects. This role requires a blend of engineering expertise (Civil/Electrical/Electronic) and a sophisticated understanding of government procurement (PPRA), G2G models, and EPC project structuring. You will be the bridge between complex client requirements and executable technical blueprints.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions for Electronic Toll Collection (ETC), Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and OFC-based surveillance.
• Presales Leadership: Lead the preparation of technical and financial proposals, including BOQ (Bill of Quantities) management and unsolicited proposal drafting.
• Compliance & Regulation: Navigate PPRA rules and ensure all designs meet the regulatory standards of bodies like NHA, PSCA, and PITB.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison for government entities and provincial transport departments.
• Project Lifecycle: Oversee the transition from conceptual design to project rollout, ensuring technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 6–8 years of experience in technical presales or solution design, specifically within the infrastructure or ITS sectors.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Skills: * Proficiency in designing RFID vehicle identification and DAS (Distributed Acoustic Sensing) systems.
• Strong understanding of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and G2G (Government-to-Government) models.
• Advanced knowledge of Smart City/Highway infrastructure.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, high-stakes negotiation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Pay: Rs230,000.00 - Rs280,000.00 per month
