We’re looking for:

We’re searching for a Solutions Director to help reimagine how research data moves from collection to insight. This role will lead the transformation of our output systems moving us from manual SPSS/Q workflows and cross tabs to automated data pipelines, visualization tools, and rapid, scalable insight delivery.

You’ll be the bridge between research, operations, and engineering the person who sees both the business problem and the technical path to solve it. You’ll help define our future reporting ecosystem, from documenting problem statements to designing solution frameworks, writing user stories, managing financials, and partnering on rollout and adoption.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead transformation of output and reporting workflows, from static cross tabs and PowerPoints to automated, dynamic reporting solutions that enable faster decision-making.
  • Partner closely with research, operations, and data engineering to translate user needs into clear requirements, stories, and solution designs.
  • Document problem statements and solution statements making sure every build aligns with business goals, user experience, and financial ROI.
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for output automation tools and researcher experience improvements.
  • Engage with external vendors and technology partners, assessing their offerings, shaping integrations, and negotiating solutions that improve speed and reduce cost.
  • Work alongside rollout and training teams to ensure smooth adoption and continuous feedback loops.
  • Track performance and impact monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and report out on efficiency gains and cost savings.
  • Champion innovation stay ahead of emerging tech, pilot new approaches, and bring forward ideas that reshape how we deliver insights.

It’ll be helpful if you have:

  • 8–12 years of experience in market research, insights technology, data operations, or product management.
  • Strong understanding of research output workflows from data processing and reporting to visualization and storytelling.
  • Experience with tools like SPSS, Q, Power BI, Tableau, or custom data pipelines and a desire to automate them.
  • Solid grasp of product development fundamentals documenting requirements, writing user stories, and managing delivery in Jira.
  • A knack for connecting people and ideas able to speak both “research” and “engineering.”
  • Comfort working across time zones and collaborating with global teams (this role is based in India and aligned to GMT hours).
  • An innovative mindset you see inefficiency as opportunity, and love turning manual work into scalable systems.
