This role is designed forhighly experienced experts who can operate astechnical leaders and strategic advisors, shaping customer direction and influencing long-term outcomes.

Your Impact:
As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as atrusted technical leader for strategic customers, leading the technical relationship and influencing both business and technology decisions.

You will:
  • Leadcomplex, cross-architecture solution strategies across networking, security, and cloud
  • Define and drivemulti-year account strategies aligned to business and financial outcomes
  • Engage atexecutive level, translating technology into business value
  • Deliverhigh-impact demos, workshops, and strategic engagements
  • Drivevalue realization, adoption, and measurable customer outcomes
  • Orchestrate collaboration acrossSales, CX, Partners, and Engineering
  • Contribute tothought leadership, market positioning, and demand generation
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of total experience, including5+ years in pre-sales / solutions engineering
  • Consistent track record handlinglarge, complex, multi-year customer engagements
  • Strong experience acrossUAE / GCC markets (Arabic is a strong plus)
  • Ability to operate inmulticultural and high-stakes environments
  • Experience working within and demonstratingpartner ecosystems
  • Deepcross-architecture experience across networking, security, and cloud
  • Strong understanding of:
  • SD-WAN, SASE, ACI, DNA
  • Cloud-native platforms (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • CI/CD, automation, DevOps practices
  • AI Ops / ML Ops concepts
  • Working knowledge ofprogramming / scripting (e.g., Python)
  • Broad expertise acrosspublic cloud and hybrid architectures
  • Strongconsultative selling approach
  • Experience developing and executingaccount strategies
  • Proven involvement indemand generation and opportunity shaping
  • Ability to understand and articulatecustomer financial drivers and business models
  • Focus onvalue realization, adoption, and measurable outcomes
  • Ability tolead cross-architecture designs and engagements
  • Strongexecutive communication and influencing skills
  • Experience enablingcustomers, partners, and internal teams
  • Proven collaboration withCX, partners, and engineering organizations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent).

  • Deep domain expertise in specific industry verticals (e.g., Finance, Government, Healthcare).
  • Advanced understanding of competitive market tactics and strategic sales methodologies.
