Solutions Manager

The Solutions Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by designing and delivering tailored logistics and last-mile delivery solutions for global clients. This role bridges commercial, operations, and technology teams to develop scalable, cost-effective solutions that meet customer needs while supporting business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute solution strategies to support business growth in last-mile logistics and e-commerce delivery.
  • Partner with sales teams to design customized, end-to-end logistics solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and technology teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and efficiency of proposed solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in last-mile delivery, cross-border logistics, and fulfillment operations.
  • Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor offerings to enhance service capabilities.
  • Lead solution presentations, client discussions, and proposal development.
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing models, and commercial frameworks.
  • Monitor solution performance and continuously optimize based on KPIs and client feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with regional logistics regulations and company standards.
Key Requirements Experience
  • 8-12 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce solutions.
  • Strong exposure to last-mile delivery, cross-border operations, or fulfillment solutions.
  • Proven experience in solution design, pre-sales, or commercial strategy roles.
  • Experience working in a regional or global environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data driven mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen, including pricing strategy and cost modeling.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and logistics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Leadership capability to influence cross functional teams.
Working Conditions
  • Frequent interaction with regional and global teams.
  • Occasional travel for client meetings and business development.
