The Solutions Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by designing and delivering tailored logistics and last-mile delivery solutions for global clients. This role bridges commercial, operations, and technology teams to develop scalable, cost-effective solutions that meet customer needs while supporting business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute solution strategies to support business growth in last-mile logistics and e-commerce delivery.
- Partner with sales teams to design customized, end-to-end logistics solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and technology teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and efficiency of proposed solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert in last-mile delivery, cross-border logistics, and fulfillment operations.
- Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor offerings to enhance service capabilities.
- Lead solution presentations, client discussions, and proposal development.
- Support contract negotiations, pricing models, and commercial frameworks.
- Monitor solution performance and continuously optimize based on KPIs and client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with regional logistics regulations and company standards.
Key Requirements Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce solutions.
- Strong exposure to last-mile delivery, cross-border operations, or fulfillment solutions.
- Proven experience in solution design, pre-sales, or commercial strategy roles.
- Experience working in a regional or global environment is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data driven mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial acumen, including pricing strategy and cost modeling.
