Position Title: Sonologist
Timing: 02:00 PM to 09:00 PM
Location: Shahida Khaliq & Janahara Rahman Hospital

Job Summary

Shahida Khaliq & Janahara Rahman Hospital is seeking a qualified and skilled Sonologist to perform and interpret diagnostic ultrasound examinations. The candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate imaging reports and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care during assigned duty hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, gynecological, and small parts scans as required.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of findings.
• Maintain and follow standard protocols for patient safety and infection control.
• Verify patient identity, explain procedures, and obtain relevant clinical history.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure proper handling and maintenance.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.
• Coordinate findings with referring physicians and clinical staff for effective diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Ensure proper record keeping of all imaging procedures and reports.

Qualification & Experience

• MBBS with recognized specialization / certification in Ultrasound / Radiology.
• Valid PMDC registration.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and interpretation skills.

Working Hours

• 02:00 PM – 09:00 PM (Evening Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
