We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand looking to streamline our internal processes across inventory, operations, customer service, and finance. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced SOP Consultant to help us document, optimize, and scale our business operations with well-defined standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct audits of current operational processes across departments.
Work with department heads to identify process gaps and inefficiencies.
Create clear, step-by-step SOP documents with flowcharts, checklists, and responsibilities.
Define KPIs, handoff points, and escalation protocols within SOPs.
Train internal teams on new SOPs and help implement them.
Recommend automation tools or systems where relevant.
Review, update, and maintain SOP documentation regularly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business process documentation and SOP creation.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Docs, Lucidchart, or process management software.
Experience with e-commerce, D2C, logistics, or startup environments is a strong plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 - 3+ years experience in process consulting or operations roles.
2 - Prior work in creating SOPs for inventory management, MIS reporting, or customer service operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
