SOUND DESIGNER / AUDIO ENGINEER

Job Description:

The Sound Designer / Audio Engineer should have a strong foundation in both asset creation (SFX) and technical implementation. This is a hybrid role where you will be responsible for crafting and integrating the immersive audio experience for our on-going projects, working closely with developers, artists, and designers.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in game audio, post-production, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise and portfolio examples using FMOD Studio / Wwise or similar middleware for interactive audio implementation
  • A compelling portfolio / demo reel showcasing both original sound design work and successful implementation examples in a game context
  • Fundamental understanding of audio programming concepts (e.g., parameters, states, occlusion, and spatial audio)
  • High proficiency with a professional Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) such as Pro Tools, Logic, Reaper, or Nuendo for editing, processing, and mixing
  • Basic experience with field recording techniques and equipment
  • Knowledge of music editing / composition for games is a plus
