We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sound Engineer who can capture, design, and enhance audio to create immersive and high-quality sound experiences across projects.

The ideal candidate should combine technical expertise with strong listening skills and creative sound design ability to ensure clarity, balance, and emotional impact in all audio deliverables.

This role requires someone who understands that sound is not just technical — it is a powerful storytelling tool.

Role Objective

• Ensure high-quality audio recording and post-production
• Enhance storytelling through sound design and mixing
• Maintain clarity and consistency across audio outputs
• Improve audience immersion and emotional impact
• Support production and post-production workflows

Technical Skills Required

Must-Have:

● Adobe Premiere Pro or Avid Media Composer or Final Cut Pro

● Strong understanding of editing grammar and storytelling

● Audio syncing and basic sound design

● Strong understanding of audio recording principles

● Proficiency in DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Adobe Audition, Reaper)

● Dialogue editing

● Audio mixing and mastering basics

● Noise reduction techniques

● Microphone types and placement

● Sound levels and audio formats knowledge

Good to Have:

● Surround sound mixing knowledge
● Foley recording experience
● Music editing skills
● Knowledge of acoustic treatment
● On-location recording experience
● Knowledge of audio for film and broadcast standards
