Job Summary:
We're looking for a GTM Sourcer/Researcher to join our Talent Sourcing & Research team, focusing on our Go-to-Market functions across EMEA.
What You'll Do

Proactively source and engage passive candidates for GTM roles across EMEA, including Sales, Enterprise Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success

Build comprehensive talent maps and competitive intelligence on key companies and talent pools within the EMEA tech ecosystem

Develop creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative channels to identify hard-to-find talent

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and market dynamics

Craft compelling, personalized outreach that tells the Anthropic story and resonates with candidates across different markets and cultures

Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and share insights with the broader team

Contribute to talent research projects, including organizational charts, compensation benchmarking, and market analysis

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated future openings
What We're Looking For
-
3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting research, or a related talent acquisition function
-
Demonstrated experience sourcing for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) in the technology industry

Strong proficiency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing platforms

Knowledge of the EMEA tech landscape, including key companies, talent hubs, and market nuances across regions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling candidate outreach
-
A data-driven approach to sourcing with experience tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
Nice to Have

Experience sourcing for AI/ML companies, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS

Proficiency in multiple European languages

Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

Background in executive search or research-focused recruiting roles
