Job Summary:

We're looking for a GTM Sourcer/Researcher to join our Talent Sourcing & Research team, focusing on our Go-to-Market functions across EMEA.

What You'll Do

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates for GTM roles across EMEA, including Sales, Enterprise Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Build comprehensive talent maps and competitive intelligence on key companies and talent pools within the EMEA tech ecosystem
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative channels to identify hard-to-find talent
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and market dynamics
• Craft compelling, personalized outreach that tells the Anthropic story and resonates with candidates across different markets and cultures
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and share insights with the broader team
• Contribute to talent research projects, including organizational charts, compensation benchmarking, and market analysis
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated future openings
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting research, or a related talent acquisition function
• Demonstrated experience sourcing for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) in the technology industry
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing platforms
• Knowledge of the EMEA tech landscape, including key companies, talent hubs, and market nuances across regions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling candidate outreach
• A data-driven approach to sourcing with experience tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously

• Experience sourcing for AI/ML companies, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS
• Proficiency in multiple European languages
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Background in executive search or research-focused recruiting roles
• Experience building talent maps and competitive intelligence deliverables
