This entry-level recruiting role focuses exclusively on interviewing and hiring teachers, conducting about 8-10 interviews per day while partnering with a larger recruiting team. The position is hybrid (3 days onsite), uses Greenhouse ATS

Description

• Conduct high-volume interviews (approximately 8-10 per day) with candidates applying for teaching positions.

• Evaluate candidate qualifications and assess alignment with the organization's hiring standards.

• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

• Utilize the Greenhouse applicant tracking system to track candidates and interview feedback.

• Collaborate with the recruiting team and sourcers to move qualified candidates through the hiring pipeline efficiently.

A successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment. They should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a Bachelor's degree is required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining professionalism and efficiency in their day-to-day responsibilities.
