Sourcing Analyst

• Supplier Identification and Evaluation: Research and identify potential suppliers, evaluating them based on quality, cost, reliability, and capacity to meet the company's needs. 2
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and service agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives. 2
• Sourcing Strategy Development: Formulate and execute sourcing strategies that align with the organization’s goals, including market analysis and benchmarking to identify trends. 2
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and ensure that sourcing activities support operational requirements. 2
• Supplier Performance Management: Monitor and assess supplier performance, conducting regular evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines. 2
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks by maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and staying informed about market conditions. 2
