Sourcing and Acquisition Coordinator

RJ Mann & Associates is seeking a friendly, energetic, and motivated individual to join our Williston, ND office.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and purchasing of inventory
• Inventory control
• Processing orders
• Shipping and receiving of gas engine and compressor components
• Assisting customers in the office and on the phone
• Other tasks as assigned or necessary

Abilities and Skills:

• Provide superior customer service
• Computer skills including MS Office, accounting software
• Operate general office equipment
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Lift up to 40lb
