Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing finished products, packaging materials, and other supplies as per
company requirements.
Collect quotations, compare prices, and assist in vendor negotiations to ensure costeffective
procurement.
Maintain and update vendor database with pricing, lead-time, and delivery terms.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve any issues related to delays or
quality.
Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely payment to vendors.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
Assist in conducting regular vendor evaluations for quality and reliability.
Maintain accurate records of purchases and ensure compliance with internal policies and
standards.
Support the Purchase Manager in daily procurement operations and reports.
Key Skills Required:
Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (Tally/SAP preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Educational Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent master’s degree.
Diploma/Certification in Material Management or Procurement (preferred but not
mandatory).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
