Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in sourcing finished products, packaging materials, and other supplies as per

company requirements.

 Collect quotations, compare prices, and assist in vendor negotiations to ensure costeffective

procurement.

 Maintain and update vendor database with pricing, lead-time, and delivery terms.

 Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.

 Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve any issues related to delays or

quality.

 Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely payment to vendors.

 Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.

 Assist in conducting regular vendor evaluations for quality and reliability.

 Maintain accurate records of purchases and ensure compliance with internal policies and

standards.

 Support the Purchase Manager in daily procurement operations and reports.

Key Skills Required:

 Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (Tally/SAP preferred).

 Strong negotiation and communication skills.

 Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Educational Qualifications:

 MBA or equivalent master’s degree.

 Diploma/Certification in Material Management or Procurement (preferred but not

mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
