Role Overview

The Executive – Sourcing & Quality (Packaging) will be responsible for end-to-end packaging development, sourcing, quality assurance, and vendor management for multiple FMCG product categories. The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure packaging functionality, aesthetics, quality compliance, cost optimization, and sustainability.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–4 years of experience in Packaging, Sourcing, or Quality roles within FMCG or related
• industries.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, vendor management, and quality systems.
• Experience in artwork coordination, packaging trials, and SOP development.
• Exposure to ERP systems for procurement and inventory management.
• Willingness to travel for vendor coordination.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
