Sourcing and Supply Chain Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing & Supply Chain Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement for our business. The role is primarily focused on apparel sourcing, including fabrics, trims, and all garment production materials, while also handling broader sourcing requirements such as packaging, labels, and other operational materials needed for the brand.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, well-connected in the market, and able to manage multiple sourcing needs efficiently while ensuring cost, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Source fabrics, trims, and all garment production materials
• Manage supplier relationships within the apparel and textile industry
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery aligned with production schedules
• Work closely with production and operations teams to meet material requirements
• Maintain purchase tracking, order follow-ups, and supplier performance records
• Develop and manage alternative suppliers to reduce risk and delays
• Handle sourcing of packaging materials, labels, containers, and other business-related procurement requirements
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all sourced materials
• Support both in-house production and external/CMT requirements

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in apparel sourcing or supply chain
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production processes
• Good vendor network in the textile and garment industry
• Strong negotiation and cost control skills
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing requirements simultaneously
• Resourceful and solution-oriented mindset
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable using basic tools (Excel, WhatsApp, tracking sheets)

Preferred

• Experience working with export houses or fashion brands
• Existing network in packaging or general procurement vendors
• Strong ability to quickly find and develop new suppliers
