Sanz Clima is currently hiring for an Industrial Manufacturing Internal Sales Representative role at our US subsidiary - Sanz Kenway, Inc. This position is onsite, full-time with a 5-day work week and no travel.

Ensure that the internal customer’s material supply needs are met based on technical specifications. Manage the material purchasing process, ensuring proper tracking and delivery of orders, and coordinate related management with internal departments.

The jobholder will be responsible for:

1.Alternative Sourcing & Technical Knowledge:

Analyze technical specifications and identify alternative suppliers and collaborate with the engineering team to validate compatibility of alternative components.

2. Order & Claims Management:

Place and track purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.

Handle supplier claims and disputes related to order discrepancies, quality issues, or delays.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for proper reception and quality control of goods.

3. Warehouse & Inventory Coordination: Work with the warehouse team to verify received products match purchase orders.

4. Billing & Accounting Coordination:

Resolve invoice discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or agreed terms between accounting and suppliers.

Vocational training or intermediate level studies

• Experience gained within bus manufacturers, OEM organizations or suppliers in the automotive industry would be desirable.

• Experience working with SAP

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
