Sourcing Engineer – Supplier Management

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.​
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.​
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.​
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement and supply chain activities.​
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure continuous improvement.​
• Assist in cost optimization initiatives and participate in sourcing strategies for new and existing products.​

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in supplier management and basic knowledge of procurement processes is essential.​

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
