About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sourcing Executive to support recruitment and field sourcing activities for home healthcare staff including nurses, caregivers, and support staff.

This role is ideal for candidates who are strong in field networking, institute visits, and manpower sourcing.

Key ResponsibilitiesField Sourcing & Networking

• Visit nursing colleges, ANM/GNM institutes, paramedical colleges, and training centres
• Build relationships with placement officers and institute management
• Coordinate with manpower agencies and referral networks
• Conduct local sourcing drives and field visits

Recruitment & Screening

• Source caregivers, nurses, and healthcare support staff
• Conduct basic telephonic screening and shortlist candidates
• Collect documents and coordinate onboarding process
• Maintain sourcing database and daily reports
• Follow up with candidates for joining and deployment readiness

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate (Healthcare background preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in recruitment / field sourcing / manpower coordination preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Good networking and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

Requirements

• Two-wheeler mandatory
• Valid Driving License
• Willingness to travel locally for institute visits and sourcing
• Target-oriented mindset

Engagement Models Available

Freelance:

• Commission-based payout per successful joining

Contractual:

• Fixed monthly payout + performance incentives

Permanent:

• Fixed salary + incentives based on sourcing targets
