Carbamide Forte (Nutraceuticals), 5:15PM (Grocery & Gourmet), and Wagzee (Pet Supplies) are the brands that we have successfully launched so far. Nutraceuticals like Tablets, Capsules, Protein Powders, and Gummies.

Our Brand, Carbamide Forte, is a new-age Indian Vitamin Supplements and Sports Nutrition brand with over 275+ products, which is the largest range in India by any brand. We aim to break the idea that only foreign Vitamin Brands are the best in quality. We currently sell over 20000 units daily online on various marketplaces. For many years, we have been dedicated to creating world-class supplements suited for our Indian audience to give them the best internationally sourced ingredients at affordable prices.

The brand was an online-only brand till 2022, and now we are looking to expand it offline and also take it to different countries.

Job Description:

• Identify and onboard domestic suppliers – for categories such as nutrition, health supplements, personal care, packaging, and pet products (should be able to evaluate vendors based on pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and credit terms).
• Negotiate and finalize procurement deals – ensuring favorable terms while maintaining expected quality and consistency.
• Coordinate internal purchase operations – raise and track POs, ensure timely dispatches, and manage follow-ups with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation – including invoices, POs, and communication trails to ensure smooth audits and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder schedules – by aligning closely with inventory and planning teams.
• Perform basic quality checks – request photos or confirmations from vendors during manufacturing to ensure any specific instructions (e.g., custom packaging, flavor adjustments) are followed correctly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in FMCG, personal care, or nutraceuticals.
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and vendor management.
• Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
