Sourcing Manager

Position: Sourcing Manager
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sourcing Manager to join our Cochin-based trading company. One who have experienced in imports and exports. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing effective sourcing strategies, managing strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Identify, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure the best value
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong professional relationships
• Ensure timely procurement and efficient supply chain operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs and manage procurement projects
• Analyze market trends to support informed sourcing decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
• Good understanding of procurement best practices
• Proficiency with computers and related procurement tools
