Sourcing Manager

We are located in a 108,500 square foot contemporary facility in Hudson, Ohio that provides an energetic environment where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged.

Due to our growth, we are currently looking for a professional, motivated Sourcing Manager! Qualified candidates will have a background in successfully sourcing product, building vendor relationships and conducting negotiations which include pricing, freight, payment terms, rebates and co-op.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and maintain relationships with existing vendors within assigned category Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Effectively execute negotiation tactics
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities

Key Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, or related field

· Proven track record in supplier negotiation, cost reduction, and vendor management

• Strong negotiation, analytical and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
