Job description
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with Institutional Channel Partners (ICPs) to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to source leads and opportunities through partner networks.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize channel effectiveness.
- Track partner performance, analyze sales metrics, and optimize channel strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on channel performance to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner sourcing, preferably in real estate.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Western Line (Mumbai) market and its real estate channel ecosystem.
