Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a Regional Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Latin America, drive cost optimization, and strengthen relationships with global suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute category strategies for the LATAM region.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers.
• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with global suppliers.
• Drive cost and productivity improvements (TCO, annual savings ≥5%).
• Collaborate with international teams in China, India, Mexico, and the U.S.
• Support localization projects and production transfers.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in strategic sourcing or global procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• Experience in cost analysis, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (Lean / Six Sigma preferred).
• Advanced English and strong communication skills.
