About the Role: As a Sourcing Manager at Homesol, you'll tackle the challenge of identifying and securing genuine clients through channel partners. You’ll refine your skills in market analysis and negotiation while building and maintaining strong relationships with partners. By working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you’ll drive strategic growth, enhance our firm’s market presence, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Industry Awareness:
Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, construction activity, key trends and market dynamics Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key Trends, developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge.
Team Collaboration:
Proven Sales Experience:
Demonstrates a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a real estate or related field. This experience showcases the ability to close deals effectively, manage a sales pipeline, and adapt to various sales environments.
Strong Negotiation Skills:
Skilled in negotiating terms, prices, and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the firm. Effective negotiation requires understanding client needs, market conditions, and leveraging persuasive techniques to reach agreements.
Real Estate Market Knowledge:
Deep understanding of real estate trends, property values, market dynamics, and regulations. This knowledge enables the sales manager to provide informed advice, anticipate market shifts, and guide clients through complex transactions.
Education:
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
Considering individuals who have completed their 12th grade and possess relevant work experience in the respective field.
