Our client is a globally recognised leader in the electronics and manufacturing sector. To support the continued expansion of their international sourcing function, they are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to oversee North American and international operations.

In this leadership role, you will own sourcing operations both domestically and internationally. You will be nurturing strategic partnerships, increasing profitability, and optimising a complex, interconnected global supply chain.

The Role

You'll lead our regional procurement efforts, empowering our supply chain through innovative sourcing strategies and high-impact supplier management.

• Develop data-driven procurement plans that consistently achieve KPIs, maintaining resilience in the face of market fluctuations

• Cultivate and manage a robust network of international suppliers, ensuring full regulatory compliance and operational reliability

• Strategically negotiate high-value contracts to optimise immediate cost-efficiency while ensuring operational stability

• Proactively resolve supply chain disruptions by identifying structural bottlenecks and ensuring seamless regulatory compliance

• Align global supply chain operations with overarching business goals through high-impact stakeholder collaboration

• Ensure top-tier vendor performance through rigorous metric analysis and strategic service enhancements

The Candidate

We’re looking for a strategic procurement expert who pairs sharp commercial instincts with a global perspective to drive value across diverse markets.

• Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing within the North American electronics manufacturing sector. While regional mastery is essential, a global supply chain perspective is highly advantageous

• Drive organisational impact by navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and leveraging expert negotiation skills within diverse, multicultural environments

• Outstanding proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Bilingualism or multilingualism is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage

• Drive procurement excellence by leveraging data analytics to optimise workflows, enhance supplier accountability, and maximise operational ROI
