In this remote, flexible contract role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and onboarding qualified Market Research Analysts for client projects. This is an excellent fit for individuals who enjoy recruitment work and want the independence of a self-employed position.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified Market Research Analysts for active projects
• Guide candidates through onboarding and initial training
• Ensure new hires understand their responsibilities and meet early performance expectations
• Monitor initial results and coordinate with the internal team to maintain quality
• Keep accurate records of candidates, progress, and outcomes

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in sales, outreach, or research-driven roles
• Strong ability to assess communication skills and productivity potential
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Experience with cold calling or lead generation is a plus, but not required
