- Strategy Development:Create and execute strategic sourcing plans for marketing materials and services to meet business and financial objectives.
- Supplier Identification & Vetting:Identify, research, and evaluate potential marketing suppliers and vendors to assess their capabilities and performance.
- Negotiation & Contracting:Lead negotiations for favorable pricing, terms, and conditions with marketing agencies and suppliers.
- Cost Management:Analyze procurement costs, identify savings opportunities, and manage budgets to ensure cost-efficiency for marketing campaigns and activities.
- Supplier Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key marketing suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment with company standards.
- Performance Monitoring:Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against established standards and address any issues to maintain high quality and compliance.
- Market Research:Stay updated on market trends, advancements, and new technologies in marketing to identify new suppliers and innovative sourcing strategies.
