Sourcing Specialist

Profile: The person would be building and managing strong supplier relationships, developing and executing procurement strategies, and mitigating risks associated with supply chain disruptions.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and evaluating potential domestic and international suppliers, analysing market trends, and assessing supplier capabilities and risks.
• Develop & execute procurement strategies which support market to excel
• This includes supplier selection, development of alternative suppliers, and supplier consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance
• Negotiating favourable terms and contracts with domestic and international vendors, including pricing, product information, payment terms, and delivery schedules for order finalisation
• Make sure that company is partnered with the correct suppliers in the market to drive long term value
• Follow up with suppliers on regular basis to ensure shipment and delivery on promised dates
• Record price movements of key raw materials & finished goods
• Update supplier register daily to track raw material purchases

Location: Wagle Estate Thane
Candidate willing to travel to Wagle Estate Thane for 6 days a week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
