Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

The Role

As a Sourcing Specialist on our Sourcing & Production team, you’ll play a key role in discovering, developing, and delivering new products across multiple categories. You’ll work closely with our Design, Sales, and Management teams to turn creative concepts into high-quality products that meet both customer demand and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Source unique and trend-forward products through multiple channels (internet research, trade shows, supplier networks, etc.) to meet requests from the Design, Sales, and Management teams.
• Build and maintain strong, transparent relationships with both vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Partner with our China office to oversee critical product data, including factory audits, quality control, technical specs, compliance, sustainability, materials, duties, tariffs, and costs.
• Present new product opportunities to the Product Selection team on a regular basis.
• Ensure all product data is accurately entered and maintained in key documents and company ERP systems throughout each product’s lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales and Design teams to track project status and communicate updates clearly.
• Monitor and report progress across all stages of the product lifecycle — from sourcing and sampling to production and pre-shipment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (verbal and written) is required.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing electronics, accessories, or hardline consumer products preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe Suite.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proactive mindset — anticipates challenges and provides clear visibility to all stakeholders.
• A genuine interest in consumer electronics, product innovation, and design trends.
• Hands-on team player, willing to assist wherever needed.
