We’re seeking a Sourcing Specialist who shares our passion for innovation and excellence in product development.

The Role

As a Sourcing Specialist, you’ll help Quest USA Corp source and launch innovative, high‑quality health, personal care, skincare, cosmetics, and OTC products. You’ll own vendor discovery and onboarding, lead negotiations, and partner cross‑functionally to hit quality, cost, and speed‑to‑market goals.

Key Outcomes in the First 6–12 Months

• Build a reliable supplier network with multiple sourcing options (A/B/C tiers).
• Achieve target margins on new quotes and re‑quotes while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Shorten sample and approval lead times through proactive tracking and vendor engagement.
• Establish accurate landed cost and compliance documentation.

What You’ll Do

• Identify & qualify manufacturers that meet quality, capacity, and margin goals.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and lead times to optimize costs and profitability.
• Source new & trending products to expand and modernize our portfolio.
• Manage samples from request to approval with careful tracking and follow‑up.
• Build strong supplier relationships and maintain organized vendor records and scorecards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Design, Operations, and our China team to meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements, maintaining documentation (COAs, MSDS/SDS, test reports, certifications).
• Calculate landed costs & margins including freight, duties, and tariffs.
• Track sourcing KPIs (quote turnaround, sample timeliness, cost savings, supplier performance).
• Support supplier audits and onboarding to maintain reliability and compliance.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years sourcing experience in health, personal care, skincare, cosmetics, or OTC categories.
• In‑depth understanding of FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organization skills.
• Detail‑oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing cost structures.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with international suppliers (China/APAC).
• Familiarity with PLM/ERP systems, HTS codes, and packaging/labeling compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Logistics & Work Style

• Work location: On‑site at our Brooklyn, NY headquarters.
• Travel: Up to 10% (domestic/international) for supplier visits, audits, or trade shows.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
