Job Overview
Sourcing Specialists initiate the first contact with our service partners. Sourcing Specialists are responsible for recruiting top tier partners for us to ensure the delivery of services to our clients is seamless. Our Sourcing Specialists focus on outreach, potential site visits, assessment of reputation in the local community and pricing reviews and negotiations. Sourcing Specialists will also guide our partners through the Mirror Lawn on-boarding process, contract compliance and administration, safety & contract training, our storm management processes and client expectations. Our Sourcing Specialist team will work with our Account Teams to ensure we have the proper number of partners with the required capabilities to execute our work.

Duties

• Ideally you have been intimately involved in the commercial landscaping business or coursework in the landscape field or certification by a landscape association; or equivalent industry experience, with or without a degree;
• For those who may not have that background, we will train you in the business, the systems and procedures;
• You need to be proficient in various computer programs, including Excel, Word
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and demands
• Resolve problems while keeping in mind the best interests of the company, client, and employees
• Communicate and coordinate with multiple remote resources and team members as well as with clients, team members, and management
• Prioritize and plan work to maximize efficiency
• Work with numbers accurately
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely

Pay: $34,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
