Job Role Overview:

You will be joining CareOxy as a Senior Sourcing Team Leader based in Delhi - NCR on a full-time basis. Your main focus will be on strategic sourcing and vendor management, with specialized expertise in healthcare sourcing. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager.

Key Requirements:

1. Upto 5 years of experience in sourcing in Home healthcare and wellness industries.

2. Strong Staff Sourcing

3. Strong network of vendors, NGO center and institutes across healthcare

4. Understanding of vendor behavior, seasonal factors.

5. Outstanding communication skills for managing relationships with stakeholders throughout the supply chain.

6. Ensure daily service bookings, deployment, and monitoring of medical staff.

7. Oversee scheduling, performance, and retention strategy of field workforce.

Eligibility:

• Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills

• Proficiency in supplier relationship management and performance evaluation

• Resolve escalations, analyze feedback, and improve patient satisfaction scores.

• Effective market research and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• .Have ability- staff engagement, onboarding and replacement

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
