About the Role
Spades Trading & Services specializes in supplying chemicals, industrial safety equipment, and logistics solutions for government and industrial projects.
We are looking for a proactive Sourcing & Tender Coordinator to support sourcing, supplier coordination, and tender documentation. In this role, you will ensure materials are sourced efficiently, documentation is complete for tender submissions, and operational processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sourcing and procurement of chemicals, industrial safety equipment, and logistics-related materials.
- Support tender preparation and supplier management.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining Evidence Folders (Hazmat, Access, Authority) for tender documentation and compliance.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to local regulations (MOI, Civil Defense).
- Collaborate with internal teams and project partners to ensure operational readiness.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier coordination (industrial or government projects preferred).
- Proficiency in SAP (logistics or procurement modules) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists rigorously.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of local regulations in Qatar is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
