We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our culinary team in a private family villa. The ideal candidate will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional, personalized dining experiences for the family and their guests. This role requires discretion, creativity, flexibility, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food quality in a private household setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and meal preparation.
  • Prepare high-quality meals tailored to family preferences, dietary requirements, and guest requests.
  • Support menu planning, including seasonal and international cuisine options.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Ensure all food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standards.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and sourcing premium ingredients.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Assist with special events, private dinners, and entertaining guests.
  • Adapt to changing schedules and last-minute requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
