- Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to safety standards across all menus.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating innovative dishes while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory control and food safety procedures to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to deliver seamless event execution with high-quality cuisine.
- Monitor shift activities, manage kitchen schedules, and ensure smooth workflow during busy periods.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong background in food production and kitchen management.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in high-volume settings such as restaurants or catering services.
- Extensive knowledge of dietary department standards, food safety protocols, and inventory management practices.
- Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, menu planning, and food handling procedures.
- Experience with banquet operations, catering events, and restaurant management is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate team members and ensure exceptional service delivery.
