We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef specializing in brunch and breakfast cuisine to join our growing hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee a full brunch and breakfast menu.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Manage food preparation, inventory, and kitchen hygiene.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a café, restaurant, or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of international breakfast and brunch dishes.
- Ability to manage a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food costing, menu planning, and inventory control.
- Culinary qualification is preferred.
