Sous Chef Expert Brunch & Breakfast Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef specializing in brunch and breakfast cuisine to join our growing hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and oversee a full brunch and breakfast menu.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Manage food preparation, inventory, and kitchen hygiene.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a café, restaurant, or hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of international breakfast and brunch dishes.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food costing, menu planning, and inventory control.
  • Culinary qualification is preferred.
