We’re currently seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help lead our kitchen operations.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help lead our kitchen operations.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily kitchen operations including opening, closing, and expediting service- Supervise and support prep, line, and dish teams
- Serve as a trusted key holder for the restaurant
Maintain high culinary and cleanliness standards
Coach and mentor kitchen staff through daily feedback and support
Train and onboard new team members
Scheduling and labor management
Help develop team members into future trainers and leaders
Chef on Duty
- ordering and inventory controls

- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of a busy kitchen
Resilience and a team-first mindset
