Sous Chef-Pastry

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sous Chef specialized in Pastry to join our luxury culinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in mixing techniques and a refined approach to pastry production, ensuring the highest standards of consistency, creativity, and elegance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily production.
  • Master and apply precise mixing methods to achieve exceptional textures and flavors.
  • Supervise and guide pastry staff, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
  • Contribute to recipe development and innovation while preserving excellence and consistency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food-safety regulations. (HACCP)

Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in Pastry/Bakery or equivalent training.
  • 3–5 years experience in a professional pastry kitchen (luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end production preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of pastry fundamentals with emphasis on mixing and dough preparation.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
