Position located at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. The Sous Chef will work under the Chef de Cuisine to lead, manage, and organize kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards in accordance with the Director of Culinary's SOPs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading, managing, and organizing all kitchen requirements to the highest standards.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with established SOPs and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Culinary to implement and maintain operational processes.
  • Support the development of menu concepts and kitchen staff performance.
  • Maintain an environment of precision, creativity, and safety.
Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in upscale luxury hospitality or five star hotels.
  • Strong culinary knowledge in French cuisine.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are highly regarded.
  • Ability to report directly to the Chef de Cuisine and work within a high standard SOP-driven environment.
